These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, product catalogues, enquiry forms, and related digital materials operated by Quality Switchgears (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”), based in Lahore, Pakistan.

By browsing or using these Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Commercial supply of switchgear and related equipment is governed by our quotations, purchase orders, and General Terms of Purchase — not by these website Terms alone.

We may update these Terms when our practices or applicable law change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

The Services provide information about our HT and LT switchgear, controlgear, motor control centres, related assemblies, and engineering capabilities. They may also allow you to request quotations, technical documents, or contact with our team.

The Services do not themselves create a contract of sale. A binding supply contract arises only when we issue a quotation that you accept in writing, or when we accept a purchase order under our General Terms of Purchase (or other agreed commercial terms).

When you submit an enquiry, download request, or contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and to use a valid business or personal contact method. You must not submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you also acknowledge that policy.

All content on the Services — including text, drawings, photographs, videos, logos, product names, and layout — is owned by Quality Switchgears or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and download materials for internal evaluation of our products. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written consent, except where law expressly permits.

Single-line diagrams, fabrication drawings, and other project documents shared under a live commission remain subject to the confidentiality and IP terms of that project.

Catalogue data, ratings, images, and descriptions are provided for general information. Actual equipment is defined by the approved drawings, data sheets, and commercial documents for each order.

We aim to keep online information current, but ratings, finishes, and options may change. Always confirm critical requirements with our engineering team before relying on website content for design or tender documents.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or other users’ information
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content except as allowed by robots rules or our written consent
• Introduce malware or other harmful code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

The Services may link to maps, analytics, hosting, or other third-party tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that website content will meet your specific project requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Switchgears and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Services.

Our aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us solely for access to the digital Services in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) PKR 50,000. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Liability for supplied equipment is governed by the applicable sales contract and General Terms of Purchase, not by this website disclaimer alone.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quality Switchgears from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Lahore, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
